We’re here to help with your Lyfe account. Email support@lyfecoach.app. Messages reach the Lyfe team; replies may currently come from our owner-managed Gmail address. We do not offer phone or emergency support, and no response time is guaranteed.
Sign-in and account help
Use the same email on iPhone and web. You can sign in with an email code or use the password option when your account has a password. Use the latest code or password-recovery email; older links may expire. Contact support for birth-date corrections or account-access problems. Never send your password or sign-in code.
Membership and billing
Apple subscribers: manage or cancel renewal in your Apple subscription settings. Use Restore Purchases on iPhone, signed into the same Lyfe account. Apple handles App Store refund requests. Stripe web subscribers: sign into Lyfe Web and open Membership to use the secure billing portal. Authorized access-grant users do not need a billing portal. Production web membership checkout accepts live payments. Development and preview environments may use test checkout.
Delete your account
Use Settings → Privacy & Safety → Delete Account in Lyfe, or the account-deletion control in web Settings. Both use the same deletion service. Apple subscriptions must be cancelled separately. Linked Stripe web subscriptions are cancelled before final deletion; a provider failure may require retrying. Contact support if deletion remains pending.
Training and bookings
Human coaching and training are available only to adults 18 and older. Session prices are shown before confirmation and may vary. Unless a different policy was shown before purchase, cancellation at least 24 hours before a Lyfe-paid session receives a full refund; later cancellation is normally nonrefundable unless an exception applies. Trainer cancellation receives a full refund for a Lyfe-paid session. Externally paid sessions follow the external arrangement. Include the session date when requesting help, but do not email full card details.
Privacy, safety, and technical support
Email support@lyfecoach.app for privacy requests, account-security concerns, inappropriate coaching conduct, or technical issues. Include your device/browser, a brief description, and a screenshot only if it does not expose private information. Lyfe is a wellness service, not medical or emergency care.
